Shipping policy

Shipping is provided FREE of charge for purchases weighing less than 1 lb to locations within the United States and its territories.  Shipping provider utilized shall be at the discretion of the Seller.  Purchases of 1 lb or greater may require a shipping charge, to be quoted at the time of check out.  Buyer may select a preferred choice for shipping provider, however Seller may exercise the right to utilize any shipping provider.  In no case shall the shipping charges incurred exceed the original quotation issued at the time of check out. 

Should the Buyer incur a shipping charge greater than the original quote at the time of purchase whether through COD Charge on Delivery or via Electronic Point of Sale charge, contact the Seller immediately for verification and compensation for additional charges.  Compensation for overcharges must be verifiable via shipping provider's documentation.  If overcharges are not verifiable via shipping provider's direct documentation, Seller may exercise the right to not compensate for overcharges.  Shipping disputes must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date. 

Suspected fraudulently activity via or through shipping services shall be reported to legal authorities holding jurisdiction over Buyer's declared location.
